EyeFace SDK license is time unlimited. You are eligible for all updates and upgrades in the current major version and any major version released within 12 month of your purchase (major upgrade period). You can continue using your license with the previous versions of the software even after the major upgrade period expires.
EyeFace SDK license is restricted to a single machine. On that machine, you can run as many instances of the EyeFace SDK as you wish.
EyeFace SDK can run on a physical machine or in a virtual machine (VMWare, VirtualBox). Running in the cloud requires a specific licensing model not available in the store.
The software comes with a software or hardware license key. There is a 24 month warranty period on both tokens.
